I have no artwork — can you design it?

Yes. Our design team, led by art director İshak Bal, produces logos, brand identity and sign design. You see a three-dimensional rendering on your own façade before approving anything.

Can you refurbish my existing sign?

Accepted Answer

Often yes. In many cases the existing cabinet can be retained and only the face and LEDs renewed, which is significantly cheaper than complete replacement. The cabinet's condition is assessed at survey.

Can I get a price over the phone?

For standard work where you know the measurements and conditions we can give a range by phone. But a firm price given without seeing the façade type, installation height and electrical supply is usually misleading, so we recommend a survey.

How does payment work?

Our usual arrangement is a deposit at commencement and the balance on handover. For corporate and multi-site projects the payment schedule is set out separately in the contract.

Do you handle the permit application?

We prepare the technical drawings, measurements and visuals required. Since the formal application must be made in the business's name, we hand over the document set and support you throughout.

Are the rules different inside a shopping mall?

Yes. Most malls have façade guidelines limiting letter height, return depth, projection and brightness. We engineer to those guidelines and help you secure mall management approval.

What is the difference between channel letters and a flat sign?

A flat sign prints the whole wordmark onto one panel. Channel letters are individual three-dimensional volumes mounted separately, creating depth and shadow for a far more premium result, at higher cost and lead time.

How much electricity does an illuminated sign use?

An LED-lit sign uses up to 60% less than a fluorescent equivalent of the same size. Exact consumption depends on module count and daily operating hours; we include this figure in the quotation.

Which materials suit seafront façades?

Salt and humidity call for stainless fixings, powder-coated aluminium bodies and LEDs rated at least IP65. Non-galvanised steel fixings will produce rust staining on the façade within a few years.

What happens if the LEDs fail?

Accepted Answer

The modular build means only the faulty module or driver is replaced — the sign does not need to be dismounted. Within the warranty period this service is free.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

Yes. After the warranty period we arrange annual maintenance agreements covering lighting checks, fixing torque inspection and surface cleaning.
